Exacc automatically converts selected timesheet entries into invoice line items, populating descriptions, quantities (hours), and rates based on your timesheet data and billing rate configurations. The system groups time entries by project, activity type, or date according to your preferences, applies appropriate hourly rates for different activities or staff members, and calculates totals including applicable taxes whilst maintaining complete traceability between billed time and invoices.
When you create an invoice from time entries, the system marks those entries as "Billed" to prevent duplicate invoicing, links them permanently to the invoice for reporting and analysis, and removes them from unbilled time reports.
