Exacc and PayDay Super
Exacc is ready for the ATO's PayDay Super requirements.
Here is how superannuation payments work in Exacc.
SuperChoice Integration
Exacc is integrated with an automated clearing house (SuperChoice), so you can send contribution information to superfunds in one click. Payments can be made in two ways — you transfer the funds yourself, or SuperChoice debits your account directly.
Registering with SuperChoice
Each employer needs to register with SuperChoice before making payments. To register:
- Log in to Exacc
- Go to Payroll and click Pay Super
- Click Register and follow the prompts
SAFF Files
If you prefer to use your own clearing house, Exacc also provides SAFF files so you can continue working with your existing provider.
Qualifying Earnings
You remain in full control over which pay items are classified as Qualifying Earnings. The default configuration in Exacc follows general Australian standards, and can be adjusted to suit your specific payroll setup.
Getting started
PayDay Super applies to wages paid on or after 1 July 2026. If you have any questions about setting up superannuation payments in Exacc or registering with SuperChoice, contact our support team on chat or Contact Form.
