1. Create your account

Go to https://my.exacc.au/register and enter your details:

  • Enter your first name and surname. These details will be shared with peers and we might use them in case of any account verifications.
  • Your e-mail address will be used to identify you; you will also log in using this address. You will be able to change it later, but during registration you will need to verify this address.
  • Your phone will be used to recover your account in case you lose access to your e-mail address. It will also be used to verify your log in.
  • Make sure to enter a strong password.
  • Read & accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Confirm you're not a robot.
  • Click 'Sign Up'.

2. Verify your details

Your account is created — we only need to verify your details. You can do it later, but you can't use Exacc until you complete this section.

  • First, you will receive an e-mail to the address you entered. Please click on the link in the e-mail.
  • You will then receive an SMS to the mobile number you entered. Enter the code from the SMS on the website.

Make sure to set up your 2-factor authentication to ensure you always have uninterrupted access.
