Bendigo Bank adds a business's nominated representative with a form completed through your branch or relationship manager (its CDR Policy calls it the "Add Non-Titled Member Form"). The representative then connects Bendigo Bank in Exacc as in Connect your bank (bank feeds) with their e-banking Access ID and an SMS code. Bendigo does not publish who must sign or how long it takes.
Before you start
- The representative already has transactional access to the account and uses Bendigo e-banking.
- The person who connects in Exacc must be the one the bank lets share the data. They need their own Exacc login with access to the business file and an Australian mobile number in their Exacc profile (in the form +614…).
1. Add the nominated representative through Bendigo
Bendigo: "Please contact your nearest branch or your relationship manager to complete the form." The form is not published online.
Not documented by Bendigo: who must sign, how long processing takes, and any business-specific consent screens. Ask Bendigo Bank on 1300 236 344.
2. Then connect in Exacc
Follow Connect your bank (bank feeds): in the business file open Books › Bank Feeds, click Connect a Bank (Connect New Account once the file has connected accounts), search for Bendigo (Basiq lists it as "Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited") and click Approve on Basiq's page.
At Bendigo, log on with your e-banking Access ID and the SMS one-time password.
Sole traders
Bendigo has no separate guidance; the individual process applies, so owners of the account share directly.
See or stop sharing at Bendigo
In e-banking open Data Sharing & Permissions (desktop: under Settings; app: under "More").
