Suncorp Bank's nominated representative is "an individual authorised to transact on an account for the non-personal entity", added with the Add/Delete Authority Request form. The representative then connects Suncorp Bank in Exacc as in Connect your bank (bank feeds) with their Customer ID and a one-time code. Suncorp does not publish who must sign or how long it takes.

In Exacc: Books › Banking › Bank Feeds

Before you start

  • The representative is authorised to transact on the account; Suncorp says their level of authority decides whether they may share. If unsure, call Suncorp Bank on 13 11 75.
  • The person who connects in Exacc must be the one the bank lets share the data. They need their own Exacc login with access to the business file and an Australian mobile number in their Exacc profile (in the form +614…).

1. Add the representative with the Add/Delete Authority Request form

Get the Add/Delete Authority Request form from Suncorp Bank's Documents and Forms page, then lodge it at a branch or email it to [email protected].

Not documented by Suncorp: who must sign, how long processing takes, and any business-specific consent screens.

2. Then connect in Exacc

Follow Connect your bank (bank feeds): in the business file open Books › Bank Feeds, click Connect a Bank (Connect New Account once the file has connected accounts), search for Suncorp (Basiq lists it as "Suncorp Bank") and click Approve on Basiq's page.

At Suncorp Bank, confirm your identity with your Customer ID and the one-time password from the Suncorp Secured App or SMS, then choose the data and the sharing period.

See or stop sharing at Suncorp Bank

Use the Consumer Dashboard in the Suncorp Bank App; arrangements made by nominated representatives on non-personal accounts show there.

Suncorp Bank is now part of ANZ

ANZ acquired Suncorp Bank on 31 July 2024. Suncorp's page does not say whether business data sharing will move to ANZ Internet Banking for Business; until it does, use these steps. Clear Options credit cards are exempt for non-individuals.

Other banks

The same set-up at other banks (Bankwest, ING and any other bank: see Bankwest, ING and other banks):

We are adding more banks. If you have tips or instructions for linking a business account at another bank, please share them with us through our contact page.
