1. Business File
Log in and select a Business File.
2. Select Bank Feeds
On Menu, select Finance, and then Bank Feeds.
3. Click 'Connect new account'
4. If you already have accounts linked:
- Select the account from the list, if present, or
- Click 'Connect another bank' if the account / bank is not on the list.
5. Basiq.io
You will be redirected to basiq.io - our partner in Bank Feeds.
6. Select your bank / financial institution you wish to connect.
7. On next page, enter your credentials.
8. The process will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and you will receive an e-mail with all accounts that you can link to Exacc.
9. You can select the accounts in the e-mail, linking them to the Business File you have logged in from.
10. If you are completing this task via e-mail, someone (e.g. your Accountant) must assign the link to an account from your Chart of Accounts in Exacc.
